The realm’s darkest secret is out.

On the run in a foreign land, Bleak finds herself tied to some unexpected strangers. When the answers she yearns for are finally within reach, she must face the hard truths of her past, and take her fate into her own hands before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, secrets and magic unravel as a dark power corrupts the realm. Bleak’s friends are forced to decide where their loyalties lie, and who, if anyone, they can trust.
But one thing is certain: war is coming, and they must all be ready when it does.
Intriguing and action-packed, Reign of Mist is the second instalment in Helen Scheuerer’s epic YA fantasy series, The Oremere Chronicles.

About the blog tour:
If you’ve been following my tweets recently or if you happened to read my previous blog post, then you’d know that I’ve been extremely hyped up for this blog tour! Last year, I was incredibly fortunate enough to have been given the prestige of organizing a blog tour Helen Scheuerer’s debut novel, Heart of Mist, which easily became one of my all-time favorite high fantasy reads. Not only did I give Heart of Mist a positively glowing 5-star book review, but I managed to write down 10 reasons to pick up this fantastic novel as well!
On a more sentimental note, the #MistPH blog tour was the very first one I’ve ever organized, so I literally wouldn’t be where I am now if it weren’t for the amazing opportunity and huge trust Helen placed in my hands last year. In fact, my first blog tour really opened some doors for me, including the incredible chance to organize my second blog tour, which featured Elizabeth Foster’s wonderfully imaginative Esme’s Wish (read my 4-star review). I really cannot thank her enough!
With all that said, I am extremely pleased and honored to announce that I am organizing my second #MistPH blog tour, which will feature the highly anticipated second installment of The Oremere Chronicles. I recently finished reading Reign of Mist, and honestly speaking, it is everything I hoped for and more! I look forward to giving other bloggers the chance to be among the first readers of Heart of Mist’s brilliant sequel. In addition to this, the second #MistPH blog tour will ideally run for two whole weeks, easily making it my biggest and most ambitious blog tour yet. I am brimming with tons of nervous and excited energy, you guys!!!
As a blogger based in the Philippines, the tour will follow my country’s time zone (UTC+08:00), but that shouldn’t stop you from signing up! The tour is open to all bloggers across all countries, and it will run from the 27th of August to 10th of September.
The sign-up form will be accepting responses for the next two weeks, and official tour participants will receive e-ARCs of the book, together with important tour materials, a couple of days after it closes. Since Reign of Mist is a sequel, review copies of Heart of Mist will also be provided to tour participants, if needed. It should be noted, however, that tour participants will be required to write reviews for both books.
