Book Award Contest: Author’s Talk About It!

Hello, everyone!

Here’s a quick post to inform all of you that the 2017 Authors Talk About It (ATAI) Book Award Competition is now officially open for submissions! What exactly is this event, you ask? Well, for one thing, it is a huge and wonderful platform for authors (both aspiring and already published) to promote and to receive recognition for their respective literary masterpieces.

The mechanics are relatively straightforward. A book/novel/manuscript/ebook is submitted in order to be read and critiqued by a team of professionals. In every category, one book is awarded as the winner, and prizes are handed to recipients accordingly. As far as I know, the grand prize is worth $3997 of value, the category first prizes are worth $1697 of value each, and all finalists receive a prize worth $997 of value.

Moreover, all participants automatically avail a 250-350 word critique/review of their book, which they can use/post wherever they like simply by adding “Originally critiqued by a member of the Authors Talk About It team.”

In order to be qualified to enter the competition, (1) you must be at least eighteen years of age, and (2) you must pay a book entry fee of $35.

To enter the book award contest or if you simply want to learn more specifics regarding the event, visit the official website. You have until the 30th of September 2017 to enter! What are you waiting for? Are you interested? Let me know in the comments below!
